I’m Louize Clark — a strategist, a consultant, author,  speaker, and creator of Digital Health Intelligence (DHI), the world’s first framework designed to manage wellbeing, leadership, and ethical responsibility in AI-powered workplaces.

My work exists at the intersection of technology, human behaviour, and emotional resilience. For over two decades, I’ve worked across global industries — from fashion to FMCG, corporate law to AI ethics — guiding organisations to transform how they operate and how they lead and care for their people.

 But my understanding of people wasn’t shaped in lecture halls — it was forged in life’s most testing moments. Through adversity, reinvention, and years of real-world experience, I’ve developed a rare insight into human behaviour and resilience. My work is informed as much by lived truth as it is by academic and corporate rigour, and that's what makes it different.
